We offer two options; “Rodent Protection” and “Rodent Protection Plus”

How the process works

Visit 1 (Rodent Protection)

  • Identify entry points

  • Seal minor openings

  • Install up to 4 bait stations

  • Discuss any larger exclusion needs

60-Day Visit (Rodent Protection Plus)

  • Check rodent activity

  • Service bait stations

  • Inspect sealed areas

  • Make adjustments if needed

120-Day Visit (Rodent Protection Plus)

  • Final inspection

  • Service bait stations

  • Confirm protection plan is working

  • Recommend ongoing maintenance if appropriate

  • Prevention & Exclusion

    • Complete exterior inspection

    • Identify rodent entry points

    • seal minor openings and problem areas

    • Up to 4 strategically placed tamper-resistant bait station

    • Recommendations and quote for any extensive exclusion work.

    Best for:

    • New homeowners

    • preventative protection

    • homes with occasional/seasonal rodent activity.

  • Everything included in Option 1, PLUS

    • 60-Day follow-up inspection

    • 120-Day follow-up inspection

    • Check and refill bait stations as needed

    • Monitor for new activity

    • Evaluate previous exclusion work

    • adjust strategy if necessary

A note about exclusion work.

Every home is different. Small gaps and common entry points are addressed during your service whenever possible. If extensive repairs or exclusion work are needed, we’ll explain exactly what we found and provide a quote for your approval before any additional work begins.
